Please take note of the following:

ALL video instruction files are "wmv" (windows movie files)
     Therefore, you will need to make sure you have an application that will play these videos
          Windows machines have the player already installed

Quia is "Case Sensitive"
     This means that Quia sees a capital letter and a small letter as two different letters
           for example, a capital "G" and the lower case "g" are treated as two different letters
               If an answer is "John Adams" and capitalization is not part of the correct answer
                    then include "john adams" "JOHN ADAMS" "john Adams" and "John adams"
                         as part of your correct answers
                              OR when creating the quiz, check the appropriate box in the
                                   Case Sensitivity and Punctuation section

Randomizing - There are 3 kinds of randomizing:
     Within the question
          allows for the answer options to be presented in random order
               this option is set during question creation
     When selecting questions for the quiz/test
          allows for selecting random subsets of your questions by lable
                this option is set during quiz/test creatrion when selecting particular questions using labels
     Within the quiz/test
          allows for the questions to be presented in a random order
               this option is set during quiz/test creation
